SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - Utah Jazz point guard Deron Williams was out Monday against Charlotte with a thigh injury.
Williams collided with Portland center Greg Oden in a loss at Portland on Saturday and was left with a right quadriceps contusion. He was day to day, but the Jazz said he would not play Monday night at home against the Bobcats.The Jazz say forward Andrei Kirilenko is also out until at least the All-Star break. Kirilenko had surgery on Friday to remove bone fragments from his right ankle.
Utah forward Carlos Boozer is still out indefinitely. Boozer had left knee surgery on Jan. 9.
