ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Deron Williams, Shooting guard Ronnie Brewer, Small forward Andrei Kirilenko, Power forward Carlos Boozer, Center Mehmet Okur. Bench -- Point guard Ronnie Price, Shooting guard Kyle Korver, Small forward Matt Harpring, Power forward Paul Millsap, Center Jarron Collins.

PLAYER NOTES:

--G Kyle Korver was replaced just 2 1/2 minutes into the second quarter Tuesday after he took a quick three-pointer that Jazz coach Jerry Sloan disliked. Korver also struggled to keep up with Bobby Jackson.

--G Deron Williams tried to carry the Jazz through a dismal second quarter, scoring nine of the team's 16 points. He managed just two points, two assists and three turnovers in 18 second-half minutes.

--C Mehmet Okur hit two three-pointers and accounted for eight of the Jazz's 16 points in the first quarter. The Jazz went 7 of 19 in the first quarter, missed three free throws and committed five turnovers.

--G Jason Hart played for the first time in the series, though he is still recovering from the stomach flu. Hart hit the lone shot he took, though the Jazz's bench was outscored 26-9 by their Houston counterparts.
