ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Deron Williams, Shooting guard Ronnie Brewer, Small forward C.J. Miles, Power forward Carlos Boozer, Center Mehmet Okur. Bench -- Guard Brevin Knight, Guard Kyle Korver, Forward Andrei Kirilenko, Forward Paul Millsap.

PLAYER NOTES:

--G Deron Williams came back on 1:50 of rest and played the entire fourth quarter against Phoenix, finishing with 25 points and 10 assists. Williams was knocked to the ground by Grant Hill on a screen he never saw coming in the third quarter.

--F Carlos Boozer went 0-for-3 in the fourth quarter and played only 4:20 as a result. The Suns took off on the fast break after each of Boozer's three misses. Boozer had 14 points and 12 rebounds but made only 7-of-17 shots.

--F Paul Millsap had 13 points and seven rebounds, but was hammered inside by Grant Hill with no foul called and 2:49 remaining. Jazz coach Jerry Sloan was irate after the play, then erupted again after Mehmet Okur drew contact but no whistle on his last shot.

--G Kyle Korver hit five three-pointers in scoring 15 points, including a tying three-pointer with 1:51 remaining.

MEDICAL WATCH:

--The Jazz are healthy.
