Utah Jazz Roster Report 2009-11-26

Utah Jazz Roster Report 2009-11-26ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Deron Williams, Shooting guard Wesley Matthews, Small forward Ronnie Brewer, Power forward Carlos Boozer, Center Mehmet Okur. Bench -- - Forward Paul Millsap, Guard Ronnie Price, Forward Andrei Kirilenko, Center Kyrylo Fesenko.

--C Mehmet Okur returned after missing three games with flu-like symptoms but struggled in finishing with 13 points and six rebounds in 28 minutes. Okur made just 5-of-13 shots and said he was still trying to get back to 100 percent.

--C Kyrylo Fesenko returned to the bench with Mehmet Okur back in the starting lineup. Fesenko played just two minutes and was beaten for a layup by Etan Thomas in that time.

--G Deron Williams described himself as having played like "crap" in the Jazz's loss to the Thunder. Williams had 10 points and nine assists but went 5-for-14 from the field and committed seven turnovers.

--G Wesley Matthews remained in the starting lineup but finished with seven points in 20 minutes. It was the fourth consecutive game Matthews has failed to score in double figures after a fast start to the season.

--G C.J. Miles (thumb surgery) said Tuesday he will resume practicing next week and hopes to return shortly thereafter. Miles has not played this season after suffering a ruptured ligament in his thumb during the preseason.

--G Kyle Korver (knee surgery) is projecting to return ahead of schedule after undergoing arthroscopic surgery to remove a bone spur in the preseason. Korver returned from a week at a California training center and expressed a belief that he could be back playing within the next two weeks.

--G Ronnie Price (sprained left big toe) has missed seven consecutive games with his injured toe but the Jazz have ruled out surgery for him. Price will continue to rehab in the hopes of returning in a couple of weeks or so. He would have missed four to six weeks with surgery.

--F Matt Harpring (ankle, knee problems) remains on the Jazz's roster but is unlikely to play again. Harpring continues to deal with the effects of a devastating infection that followed ankle surgery in 2008 as well as the effects of multiple knee surgeries throughout his career. Harpring did not join the Jazz for training camp or the preseason, remaining at home with his family in Atlanta.
