Utah Jazz Notes, Quotes 2008-03-20

Utah Jazz Notes, Quotes 2008-03-20
--Former Jazz player Kris Humphries finished with five points and five rebounds in 19 minutes against his former team.

--Ronnie Price's five assists tied his career high.

--Kyle Korver made a 3-pointer that started a 24-4 fourth-quarter run for the Jazz.

--The Jazz outscored the Raptors 31-14 in the final quarter.

--The Jazz matched their franchise home winning streak with the win. They also won 19 in a row in January 1996-March 1996 and from December 1989 to March 1990.

The Jazz was 6-of-9 from 3-point range.

Deron Williams had just four assists, one above his season low.

--Carlos Boozer had 13 points and 10 rebounds but wasn't a part of the Jazz's fourth-quarter run as he left early with a back strain.

--Credit the bench for giving the Jazz life. The subs led a fourth-quarter rally in which the Jazz outscored Toronto 31-14. The bench was outscored by the starters 49-47 for the game, but did the work in the final 12 minutes, outscoring the starters 26-5.

"That is the role of our bench," Kyle Korver said. "We came out sluggish and the second group watched that and we said, 'Hey, let's pick that up.'"

QUOTE TO NOTE: "Our second group did a great job. They carried us pretty much the whole game. Kyle (Korver) was hitting shots, Ronnie (Price) was playing great defense and hitting shots and frustrating people out there. They just came with a lot of energy and heart." -- Deron Williams.
