--The Jazz started two rookies (Eric Maynor and Wesley Matthews) for the first time since a Nov. 15, 2005 loss to Sacramento in which Deron Williams and Andre Owens started. Matthews hit three 3-pointers and finished with 16 points, and Maynor overcame two first-quarter fouls to total 13 points and 11 assists. --Second-year C Kosta Koufos will be greeted by large numbers of family and friends Saturday in Cleveland. The Canton, Ohio, native and Ohio State product has found playing time hard to come by this season, however, and is averaging just 1.9 points and 1.9 rebounds in 3.6 minutes. Koufos is still just 20 and one of the 10 youngest players in the league. QUOTE TO NOTE: "Sometimes it's good just to get excited, yell a little bit, get outside of yourself." -- F Carlos Boozer on the Jazz's jubilant locker room celebration after beating Philadelphia on Friday.
