--Jazz assistant trainer/equipment manager Brian Zettler showed up for work Monday night just hours after undergoing surgery for a torn bicep muscle. Zettler was hurt last week while working out with a couple of players in Chicago. After his surgery, he arrived at EnergySolutions Arena with a thick cast on his arm, which he carried in an elaborate sling.
