Jazz forward Paul Millsap will have an MRI performed on his hyper-extended knee today and is listed as questionable for Friday's game against Dallas at EnergySolutions Arena.
Millsap was injured in the first quarter of Tuesday's 94-86 loss at Milwaukee. He returned and played the entire second half, but said the injury limited his ability to run, jump and defend. The Jazz returned from Milwaukee after the game and practiced on Tuesday morning. Only nine players were healthy enough to participate.
Besides Millsap, Matt Harpring, Deron Williams, Memo Okur, Carlos Boozer and Jarron Collins were unavailable.
Harpring will undergo an MRI on his right ankle but is listed as probable for the game against the Mavericks. Williams has a strained calf and is expected to play. Okur, who missed the game against Milwaukee because of back spasms, will a game-time decision. Boozer and Collins won't play.
