 Sacramento, Calif. ? Utah Jazz Kyle Korver will undergo knee surgery Tuesday to remove a spur in his left knee. As a result, he will miss the start of the regular season, general manager Kevin O'Connor said. Korver received a second opinion on his inflamed knee, which kept him from playing in all but one of the Jazz's preseason games. There is no timetable for his return. The Jazz will open the season, which starts Wednesday at Denver, without Korver, C.J. Miles or Matt Harpring.
