The Jazz are planning to hold prices for 97.5 percent of seats, Rigby said, with the only exception being their highest-end premium seats. The Jazz have seen a drop in individual ticket revenue this season with the recession cutting into discretionary spending.

But the Jazz have announced sellout crowds for 27 of 28 home games this season. They rank fifth in the league in average attendance, trailing only Detroit, Chicago, Portland and Dallas.

The Jazz also will not be tapping into a $175 million line of credit the NBA has obtained this month, Rigby said. The request was made on behalf of 15 teams, who can borrow up to $11.7 million to cover operating expenses.

With the NBA trade deadline arriving at 1 p.m. MST today, several teams are expected to make cost-cutting moves. New Orleans was the first Tuesday, trading Tyson Chandler to Oklahoma City for Chris Wilcox and Joe Smith, both of whom have expiring contracts.

The Jazz have been quiet in the NBA's rumor mill for weeks, according to league sources, waiting for Andrei Kirilenko and Carlos Boozer to return from injuries.

"If we had everybody healthy and we still had the same record, probably something would need to be done," Deron Williams said.

The Jazz remain in eighth place, but have seen two of their Western Conference rivals weakened. In addition to New Orleans with the Chandler trade, Houston's Tracy McGrady will undergo microfracture knee surgery and miss the remainder of the season.

"We're going to need some luck, some things to happen for us to climb up. Why not?" Williams said.
