Utah Jazz power forward Karl Malone scored 28 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the West to a 143-134 victory over the East in the NBA's 39th All-Star Game at Houston's Astrodome. Malone's Jazz teammate, point guard John Stockton, also received MVP consideration as he dished out 17 assists. "I want to split this right down the middle with that little guy," Malone said.
